Description
The Machine Operator will operate and monitor production machines and systems in a modern manufacturing facility, load materials, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor faults, document production data, and perform cleaning and maintenance. The role requires technical understanding, reliability, independent and structured work, teamwork, physical resilience, and German language skills, with initial practical production or machine-operation experience being an advantage. It is a three-shift position in Aichwald and Schurw, Baden-Württemberg, with pay starting at €15.33 per hour under the GVP collective agreement.
