Description
The Machine Operator works in a production environment where large components are painted. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring machines, performing adjustments and minor maintenance, checking painted-component quality, coordinating shift handovers, and following safety and production guidelines. The role requires shift readiness, technical understanding of machines and production processes, teamwork, and reliability; initial experience is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome. The position is based in Papenburg, Lower Saxony, with an hourly salary of up to €20.27 and variable shift allowances.
