Description
The Machine Operator works in production in Siegburg, operating and monitoring machines and systems, setting up and making simple adjustments, checking production steps, reporting deviations, supporting quality control, and helping resolve minor malfunctions. The role requires a safe and attentive approach, technical understanding, reliability, quality awareness, and the ability to work in shifts; initial experience in machine operation, production, or a technical environment is desirable. The position offers pay of up to €15.33 per hour, vacation entitlement, employer-funded benefits, a company pension scheme, and structured onboarding.
