Description
The Machine Operator controls machines and systems during ongoing production, handles simple setup, start-up, and inspection tasks, monitors material flow and product quality, documents work steps, reports irregularities, and follows safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements. The role works in a three-shift environment and requires a basic technical understanding, careful and focused work, and effective team communication; prior production or machine-operation experience is an advantage but not required. Compensation starts at €15.67 per hour, with vacation, Christmas bonuses, corporate benefits, and structured onboarding.
