Description
The Machine Operator will control production equipment in a food-production environment, monitor ongoing processes, replenish raw materials, check quality and compliance, report issues, support changeovers and cleaning, document work results, and work as part of a coordinated team. The role requires reliable coverage of stated working hours, willingness to work in a three-shift system, and a responsible approach to hygiene, quality, and safety; initial production, machine-operation, or food-processing experience is helpful but not required. German language skills are beneficial, and the position offers compensation of up to €17.00 per hour, permanent employment, and structured onboarding.
