Description
The Machine Operator will operate and monitor production machines and systems, perform minor maintenance and simple malfunctions, set up and retool machines, conduct quality checks, adjust production parameters, and support production targets and continuous improvement. The role requires first work experience, preferably in production or machine-related work, willingness to work three shifts, basic German, technical understanding of machines and systems, and a team-oriented approach. It offers pay of up to €16.00 per hour plus shift allowances, along with development opportunities and employee benefits.
