Description
The Machine Operator will operate and maintain production equipment, pack and quality-check manufactured products, prepare goods for shipment, resolve minor production malfunctions, clean machines, support setup and changeovers, and load production materials. The role requires strong German skills, a driver’s license and own car, attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work a three-shift schedule. Initial production experience is preferred but not required, and the position offers performance-based pay starting at €15.67 gross per hour.
