The Machine Operator controls and monitors production machines, loads and feeds materials and workpieces, checks machine settings and production processes, performs simple quality checks, and reports malfunctions. The role requires a technical understanding, careful and reliable work, team spirit, and willingness to work shifts; prior production or machine-operation experience is helpful but not required. The position offers long-term employment, onboarding, support, and an hourly wage starting at €15.29.
