Description
Tramec Sloan – TS Iola Division is hiring a Machine Operator to assist with setting up, operating, and monitoring machines that produce parts according to specifications. The role includes loading raw materials, making minor adjustments, inspecting finished parts with measuring tools, reading blueprints and work orders, maintaining a safe work area, reporting equipment issues, and assisting with basic setups and tool changes. The position runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with possible schedule variation based on production needs, and requires a high school diploma or GED, basic measurement ability, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 30–50 pounds.
