Description
The Machine Operator will set up, operate, process, monitor, and inspect parts throughout a manufacturing production process. The role includes adjusting machine settings, performing in-process quality inspections, maintaining production rates, reporting material utilization and production data, identifying defective materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process-control equipment, and experience with Thermoform, Injection Mold, Douglas, ARPAC, ZED, or related machines. The first shift runs Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with paid vacation and holidays, weekly pay, retirement matching, and medical, dental, and vision insurance for permanent employees.
