Description
VEGA Americas is hiring an SMT Machine Operator in Mason, Ohio to set up, load, program, and operate SMT lines, including pick-and-place machines, stencil washers, reflow ovens, and AOI equipment. The role monitors production, performs in-process inspections, troubleshoots defects, replenishes and organizes reel storage, handles moisture-sensitive devices, and makes minor machine adjustments. A high school degree or GED, manufacturing experience, machine-operation ability, troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel to Europe for training are required or preferred.
