Description
The Plastics Production Operator works in a cell-production system across the Assembly and Plastics departments, operating 10–14 injection molding machines and related peripheral equipment. The role includes starting and stopping production, responding to unplanned downtime, performing mold TPM, assessing plastic-product quality, maintaining 5S and order, and using production support systems and office devices. It follows a three-shift, seven-day schedule with four teams, and candidates should have production experience, basic technical skills, and willingness to learn injection molding machine controllers.
