Description
The Lathe/Milling Machine Operator will work under the workshop manager to perform turning and milling operations on individual parts or small batches, mainly large parts. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting drawings, clamping and positioning parts, installing and adjusting cutting tools, selecting machining parameters and strategies, identifying and correcting malfunctions, inspecting produced parts, and preparing non-conformity reports. The role requires proven experience with Siemens controls, safety compliance, precision, organization, and teamwork.
