Weir is hiring a Machine Operator in Bucyrus, Ohio for 2nd or 3rd shift work. The role involves operating production machinery such as CNC machines, drills, grinders, forklifts, and burners to manufacture steel parts, reading blueprints and technical specifications, performing quality control checks, and working closely with shop employees and a Manufacturing Supervisor in a safety-focused production environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong math and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents; manufacturing and CNC/forklift experience are preferred.
