Barletta Boats is hiring a Production Team Member – Machine Operator to operate and maintain production equipment used in pontoon boat fabrication, including tube seamers, CNC routers, press brakes, shears, and benders. The role involves setting up machines, performing quality checks, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues, maintaining production records, following safety procedures, and collaborating with manufacturing and quality-control teams. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements, and the ability to perform physically demanding work for eight or more hours.
