Atlas Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, is hiring a full-time Machine Operator in Birmingham, Alabama. The role involves setting up and operating high-speed production equipment with robotic elements to form or cut steel, performing advanced setup and calibration, inspecting materials, diagnosing equipment and quality problems, maintaining tools and work areas, assisting with maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment; a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, and experience with measuring devices are preferred.
