The Bernard Group is hiring a full-time Bindery Operator in Chanhassen, Minnesota, to operate Perfect Binder, Stitcher, Folder, and Cutter equipment for small-format printed products. The role includes troubleshooting production problems, performing quality control, maintaining bindery machines, and completing miscellaneous projects. Day and night shifts are available, with night-shift hours after 5:00 PM earning an additional $3.00 per hour. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, relevant bindery experience, manufacturing experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong communication and organizational skills.
