Century Mold is hiring a Machine Operator to execute manufacturing orders according to job specifications, perform quality checks and paperwork, inspect products for defects, maintain a 5S work area, communicate with other operators, spray molds as needed, and provide relief on other machines. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and offers a competitive salary, annual bonus, paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) matching, HSA contributions, and medical, dental, and vision plans. The shift is 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
