The Bernard Group is hiring a full-time CNC Operator in Chanhassen, Minnesota. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, loading workpieces, verifying settings, troubleshooting, performing quality control, and completing basic maintenance. Available shifts are Sunday through Tuesday or Wednesday through Friday from 5:45 pm to 6:15 am. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, technical or trade school training, three years of CNC experience, and two to five years of manufacturing experience, along with strong communication, organization, attention to detail, computer skills, and reliability. Compensation is $43,056 to $59,155 annually plus a shift differential for shifts worked after 5:00 pm, with healthcare, dental, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid parental leave, and other benefits.
