Description
WEG is hiring a Machine Operator for the second shift to produce transformers. The role involves reading bills of materials, instructions, and drawings; operating a machine that makes transformer coils; using a brazing torch to splice wire; and meeting manufacturing quality requirements. The position pays $23.71 to $26.54 per hour, plus second- and third-shift premiums, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits. Applicants must have work authorization in the United States, be able to work overtime, and reside within reasonable commuting distance; a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of prior manufacturing experience, and ACT WorkKeys certification are preferred.
