Insteel Industries is hiring a Machine Operator for a day-shift manufacturing role operating machinery used to produce steel wire reinforcing products. The position involves operating equipment, performing quality checks, inspecting and assisting with machine maintenance, documenting production, assisting other operators, and following safety procedures. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a stated base pay of up to $27.50 per hour through the Pay for Skills program and eligibility for facility-performance bonuses.
