Nesco Resource is hiring a day-shift Machine Operator in Danbury, Connecticut, for direct hire or temporary-to-permanent employment. The role operates and maintains production machines, adjusts settings, performs routine maintenance and basic repairs, troubleshoots production issues, inspects products, conducts quality checks, and follows safety protocols. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, machine-operator experience, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime available, and pay is $17–$21 per hour depending on experience.
