The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely while meeting production output, quality, and packaging standards. The role includes routine inspections, paperwork, cross-training, equipment maintenance, and assistance with safety, quality, and mechanical issues. No formal education or prior experience is required, and the position requires the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
