Description
RealTruck is hiring a Machine Operator for its Lafayette, Indiana facility. The role involves setting up and operating a press brake, producing parts according to the production schedule, measuring and inspecting parts, and meeting safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service KPIs. The position is day-shift only, Monday through Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with an immediate start date available. Applicants need at least one year of press brake or CNC machine operation experience or recent certification from a manufacturing or technical program; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
