The Deslag/Grinder performs entry-level production support in a metal-processing environment, operating electronic grinders to smooth or finish parts, meeting customer requirements for quality, quantity, and delivery, and maintaining warehouse housekeeping. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, print-reading ability, work-center training, precision-instrument care, attention to detailed instructions, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices.
