The client company in Paderborn is hiring a temporary Machine Operator for a flow-pack packaging machine in food production. The role covers line setup and commissioning, product-parameter control, deviation and malfunction handling, quality and hygiene compliance, process optimization, and leadership of 2–3 production employees. Candidates need machine and plant operator training or comparable qualification, food-production experience, willingness to work three shifts, and good German language skills.
