The Manufacturing Machine Operator reviews schedules, blueprints, and inventory; operates industrial machines, forklifts, and abrasive blasting equipment; prepares surfaces for painting; packages products; and maintains a safe, organized work area. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and measurement skills, the ability to read drawings, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Related manufacturing experience and a technical school background are preferred.
