Elmet Technologies is hiring a full-time, 2nd-shift Machine Operator – Grinders & Saws for its Metals team in Coldwater, Michigan. The role produces molybdenum bar products by setting up and operating saws, grinders, mills, and lathes; measuring and tracking materials; following production orders; recording data in Global Shop; and maintaining quality and safety. Training is provided, and the position offers hourly pay of $20.50–$25.50 plus a 20% second-shift differential, attendance and production bonuses, retirement matching, and benefits starting on day one.
