Description
The Hammer Drill Operator assists with the operation and setup of a Hammer Drill machine in the production conversion area. Responsibilities include loading sandpaper, operating the machine and its motorized feeding system, making adjustments, troubleshooting issues, following safety and quality procedures, maintaining 6S and production standards, and using SAP to look up materials. The role requires flexibility, multitasking, general math skills, the ability to stand for eight hours and lift up to 40 pounds, and a high school diploma or GED; machine-operating experience is preferred.
