The Machine Operator Helper supports production by assisting with machine setup and operation, loading and unloading materials and finished products, performing basic quality inspections, monitoring machine issues, maintaining a safe work area, and helping with packaging and labeling. The role requires attention to detail, basic measurement and math skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, reliable attendance, and willingness to work overtime and different shifts.
