The entry-level Fiberglass Fabrication Assistant works in Andrews, Texas, operating and assisting with a fiberglass chop gun, maintaining work areas and equipment, following manufacturing schedules, and complying with safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures. The role requires the ability to work overtime and shifts, learn technical repair and assembly procedures, read drawings and instructions, and perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 pounds.
