Description
The full-time production role involves setting up and pre-running equipment, controlling line speeds and batch formulas, starting and stopping equipment, monitoring product appearance and safety, completing quality checks, and maintaining production paperwork such as downtime, HACCP, and SAP records. The position pays $20.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., offers weekly Friday pay and paid time off, and provides health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other company-paid benefits. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, must be at least 18, and should be able to perform physical labor in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
