Description
The Machine Operator sets up, operates, adjusts, and changes packaging equipment; inspects product quality; stages materials; completes documentation; and maintains a clean work area. The role requires knowledge of GMPs and HACCP, the ability to work across shifts, and physical ability to stand for 80% of scheduled time and lift up to 40 pounds unassisted. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on operator level, with shift differentials and a discretionary annual incentive; full-time employees receive health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment.
