OBE is hiring a Machine Operator I to operate glass-processing equipment such as cutting, grinding/polishing, CNC, and tempering furnaces. The role involves loading and unloading products, entering work-order data, following production and quality-control requirements, inspecting glass, labeling products, and verifying dimensions. Applicants must be at least 18, have 1–2 years of manufacturing operating experience, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for 8–10 hours, and work independently in a production environment. Starting pay is $24 per hour, with benefits, paid time off, holidays, training, and performance-based compensation.
