AFC Materials Group is hiring a Machine Operator I in Lake in the Hills, Illinois, to operate vertical PTFE coating towers and horizontal coating equipment, prepare coating mixes, monitor product quality, complete run sheets and stock cards, and perform basic Syteline inventory transactions. The role offers $19.00–$24.00 per hour plus a shift differential, with current Monday–Friday and Sunday–Thursday shifts and a transition to 12-hour day or night shifts by the end of the year. New hires must train on the day shift for the first 30 days. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of machine-operator experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic computer skills, and willingness to obtain forklift certification.
