Description
The Machine Operator I performs routine production activities, CNC equipment operation, raw-material preparation, product calibration, labeling, packaging, and finished-goods transport in a cleanroom environment. The role also includes preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, quality and safety procedures, 5S activities, inventory counts, and incident investigations. It follows a rotating three-shift schedule and requires extended standing, personal protective equipment, and cleanroom garments. Candidates should have relevant manufacturing or production experience, basic process-data statistics knowledge, equipment maintenance skills, MS Office proficiency, rotating-shift availability, and basic English reading ability; a science or engineering-related background is preferred.
