Description
The Machine Operator I performs routine manufacturing and CNC production activities, including raw-material preparation, analytical-instrument calibration, batch production, product cleaning, packaging, labeling, and finished-goods transportation. The role also involves equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, quality and safety procedures, 5S, cleanroom work, and reporting abnormal issues. It follows a rotating three-shift schedule and requires extended standing, with manufacturing experience, equipment-maintenance skills, basic process-data knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work rotating shifts and overtime preferred or required.
