Description
The Assembly Operator independently operates basic machinery, assembles products, maintains knowledge of the products and processes, safely handles materials, communicates hazards and equipment issues, provides basic training when needed, cross-trains across departmental areas, and flexes between stations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of relevant machinery experience or equivalent, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and precision with hand tools.
