Description
AWE is hiring an entry-level Machine Operator I to prepare and process raw metal materials for automotive performance parts. The role operates and sets up equipment such as bandsaws, tube cutters, deburring machines, metal benders, lasers, robots, and CNC machines; measures, cuts, deburs, stages, and fulfills orders with high accuracy; performs TPM and 5S maintenance; and supports safety, quality, and continuous-improvement goals. A high school diploma or GED and 0–1 years of manufacturing or machine-operation experience are required, while technical drawing experience is preferred.
