Description
The Pillow Production Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining pillow manufacturing equipment, including filling feed hoppers, setting up work orders, reporting production performance, and coordinating with quality control. The role also maintains clean and safe work areas, performs basic equipment repairs, and follows lockout-tagout and other safety procedures. Candidates need at least two years of machine maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, PC skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, solid math skills, and basic equipment repair experience. The position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, and exposure to heat and cold.
