Description
The Metal Finishing Machine Operator loads and unloads materials, sets up and operates saws and other metal-finishing equipment, handles coolant, tooling, test equipment, marking, deburring, grinding, and scrap disposal, and completes production paperwork. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work with minimal supervision and follow safety protocols, strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to lift and move heavy materials safely; prior machine-operation experience is preferred. The position offers $20.00–$24.01 per hour plus a $2.60 per hour schedule adder, a 4-on/4-off schedule, paid time off, retirement matching, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
