Description
Samson is hiring Machine Operators for the 1st shift, 5:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., to set up and operate production machinery, monitor and troubleshoot equipment, perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance, conduct changeovers, maintain materials and quality standards, complete production paperwork, and train new employees. The role requires basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; no prior experience is required, while a high school diploma or equivalent is desired. Compensation is targeted at $17.25–$18.25 per hour, with a full range of $17.25–$24.55 and a 2nd-shift differential of $0.50.
