Baker Engineering is hiring a CNC Machine Operator II in Muskegon, Michigan, for a full-time third-shift position. The role operates CNC machines, loads and unloads parts, performs tool changes and minor adjustments, inspects parts with calipers and gauges, follows quality and safety procedures, and meets production rates. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of CNC machine experience, tool-change experience, measurement skills, and the ability to read work instructions and perform basic math. Prior ISO 9001, programming, and Swiss-type machining experience are preferred. The role may require travel up to 5% of the time, and relocation expenses are not provided.
