Description
The Injection Molding Operator monitors and troubleshoots injection molding equipment, responds to machine alarms, maintains product quality, performs mold changes, starts and shuts down machines, completes inspections and PCR documentation, and follows safety and lockout/tagout procedures. The role also includes operating overhead cranes, providing training, communicating with technicians and other staff, and performing preventive maintenance. A high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and math skills, knowledge of plastic processing, mechanical ability, and at least three years of technical hands-on experience are required or preferred.
