Description
The role operates and maintains production machinery in a beverage manufacturing environment, monitors production flow and quality, performs equipment changeovers and minor maintenance, records production and downtime information, maintains sanitation, identifies raw-material defects, and supports training and cross-training. The position requires knowledge of SQF and HACCP, adherence to health and safety and GMP procedures, and the ability to read imperial and metric measurements.
