Description
The Machine Operator (Fabricator) will fabricate raw materials and sub-assemblies using saws, presses, drills, and other equipment; review blueprints and technical drawings; maintain equipment and safety standards; meet productivity and quality targets; and identify process improvements. The role requires at least five years of industrial fabrication experience, blueprint-reading ability, lean manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. It is based at the Monroe, Washington headquarters and pays $27–$32 per hour plus a 5% shift differential.
