The role operates complex electronics-manufacturing equipment, performs setups, adjustments, programming, preventive maintenance, quality control, troubleshooting, fixture and pressure-pot maintenance, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of manufacturing experience, IPC-A-610 knowledge, strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
