Description
The Production Operator is responsible for maintaining production flow, monitoring machinery and upstream/downstream issues, supplying raw materials, performing minor maintenance and equipment changeovers, following quality and sanitation procedures, recording production and downtime information, and supporting inventory, training, and other assigned duties. The role requires adherence to health and safety, GMP, food quality, and production standards, along with the ability to read imperial and metric measurements and understand visual and auditory production cues.
