$20/hr
The Machine Operator will safely operate, monitor, set up, calibrate, clean, and adjust production equipment; identify mechanical issues; follow safety and lock-out/tag-out procedures; and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams. The role offers hands-on training, a 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday schedule, three-day weekends, a $250 bi-weekly perfect-attendance bonus, and full-time benefits after 90 days.
