Refresco is hiring beverage-production operators for second-shift (2:45pm–11:15pm) and third-shift (10:45pm–7:15am) openings. The role operates and troubleshoots high-speed beverage production equipment, monitors product quality and packaging, performs changeovers and minor maintenance, maintains production records, and supports quality, safety, and team objectives. Applicants must have experience in a high-speed beverage production environment, understand production machinery and forklifts, and be able to work accurately under pressure; forklift certification may be required.
